I need help in killing stress.. I dun even noe why am I stressed up... Maybe its because of projects,quiz.. Last min work realli make u headache.. The weather is also making me headache..
please tok to me or intro me to something funny.. Having a happy mind is what really keep me going.. Maybe its what keep everybody going. Able to laugh out from your heart everyday is something which I think its important.
Actually I found one think which I can sweat out and kill stress is aikido.. went for sunday senior training. It was great and for the first time I tried doing randori with all the seniors. It was fun and abit of pain of course. Btw for yr info randori is something like real life fighting whereby one will have to face 2 or more opponents charging at you and trying to pin u on the ground. Therefore, u have to avoid their attack and slam or throw them off from you.. sounds realli cool huh LOLL but of course we don't do punching or kicking at ppl.. Just ppl grabbing and charge at u from all direction... ya I got grab by uncle tan from the back but lucky I managed to counter him and hold him on the ground.. some ppl was unlucky, fail to escape from his attack and got locked by him which means u have to "eat" his sweat LOL thats what cy told me frm his personal experience on that day...
Back at hm with blueblack around my hands and legs on the second day..
THe weather is killing me...
